We are looking for someone with some college and 1-3 years of relevant work experience working in a nonprofit or community-based organization to help us with communications and programming efforts. Working knowledge about active transportation issues (walking, bicycling, transit) would be great, but we can teach you what you need to know. BIPOC candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position will work 30-40 hours a week with some fluctuation and offers a hybrid schedule of in person and remote working. Our office is located at 49th & Dodge in Omaha, steps away from an ORBT station and a Heartland Bikeshare station. The job will occasionally require evenings and/or weekends (meetings and events) and the ability to work outside (programs, outreach events). Occasional out of town travel may be required (mostly Lincoln).
